Calling All Emergency Prayer Technicians
Updated: Sep 8, 2022
The convenience of calling the emergency telephone number is the ability to request help for crimes, fire, medical, and other disasters immediately. The operator will inquire about your location and problem. The operator will then provide instructions to keep you calm until help arrives.
Despite an operator’s personal opinion regarding what may have caused the problem, who is involved, or what your ethnic race is, the operator sends an urgent message notifying the proper authorities about the incident. Depending on where you live and the amount of emergency workers on staff, your request can typically be answered within a few minutes.
Although not guaranteed, the timely response generally saves lives depending on the type of situation. The prompt service and effort executed by the response workers also indicate their level of training, experience, and dedication.
Called to Action
We’re able to see in the natural world how emergency professionals are willing to stop what they’re doing to attend to the urgent needs of others they don’t know. They understand the importance of providing emergency service whether it’s a minor or major issue.
It doesn’t matter what time it is, if an emergency professional is on call, they will fulfill their duty despite the level of danger.
Oftentimes we get so caught up in what’s going in the natural realm, we fail to understand the necessity to train and prepare ourselves to help others spiritually. This is especially true when we have personal situations that are occupying our time.
However, we must not forget that James 5:14-16 says …”Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
This is not to negate the need for medical professionals. However, many times what is seen in the natural realm indicates that an attack has occurred in the spiritual realm.
When we are not on guard spiritually as I Peter 5:8 urges us to …” Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” we leave ourselves vulnerable to attacks that are not seen.
When emergency workers arrive on the scene of an incident, reports are taken from witnesses, and evidence is analyzed to link the incident to the guilty parties that caused the situation. If evidence cannot be initially found, the authorities will extend the investigation until it is resolved.
In the spiritual realm, many of us give up too quick when it comes to identifying the source of our problems. We contend too long with entities that are destroying our blessings, health, and relationships.
Additionally, we may not feel the need to be concerned about others when they are crying out for help. This is no different when a 911 dispatcher receives a call and does not submit a request, or the emergency workers arrive too late.
However, there is an urgent need for emergency prayer technicians to help ward off attacks that are affecting us, our loved ones, and others we don’t know.
Urgent Help Needed in the Children’s Protection Unit
Romans 15:1 says … “We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.” This verse can be assessed in several ways.
Yes, we can help those who are physically, mentally, or spiritually weak. When we do so, we’re able to strengthen the body of Christ by ensuring that our brothers and sisters in the Lord stay on the right track.
However, I want to appeal to you the need to intercede on behalf of children. You may already pray for your children and children of other people you know.
This is a good thing and should not be neglected. Despite these concerted efforts to keep those we love and know safe from the enemy’s attack, there are children who are not covered by prayer.
In an ideal world, all children are loved and cared for especially by their parents. Needless to say, we see in numerous news stories that many children have endured unimaginable torture prior to their demise and during their transition.
One story in particular that is quite disturbing is regarding little Maleah Davis. While she is resting in heaven, efforts are underway to determine the exact cause of her death, and charges will be executed against the guilty parties.
To know that this little angel suffered horrendous abuse during her short time on earth is disheartening. There was no way she could have defended herself especially against the people she trusted the most.
Unborn children, babies, toddlers, adolescents, teens, and young adults need our prayers immediately. We cannot afford to wait until after we hear about tragedies in which parents have killed, or heinously abused their children, or failed to protect their children from sexual predators.
Despite their young ages and inability to fend off predatory adults, judgment will come to those who harm God’s little ones as stated in Matthew 18:10 which says …” Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.”
Children cannot speak up for themselves like adults can. Please consider including children around the world in your daily prayers. If you don’t know what to say, here’s a Scripture based example of what you can petition on their behalf to our heavenly Father:
Dear Lord:
I lift up the children of the world to you, and I ask that you would protect them day and night. Give your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways.
Let your angels bear them up in their hands, lest they dash their feet against a stone. Keep them as the apple of your eye, hide them under the shadow of your wings.
Preserve them from all evil, preserve their souls, preserve their going out and their coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. Deliver them from every evil work and preserve them unto your heavenly kingdom. Deliver them from the power of darkness and translate them into the kingdom of your dear Son.
Sanctify them wholly, and I pray their whole spirits, and souls, and bodies be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Grant unto them life and favour, and let your visitation preserve their spirits. Bless them and keep them, make your face shine upon them, and be gracious unto them, lift up your countenance upon them, and give them peace.
Heal them O lord, and they shall be healed, save them, and they shall be saved for thou art their praise. Send your word and heal them and deliver them from their destructions.
Cut asunder the cords of the wicked regarding their lives and put a hedge of protection around them. Let your angels encamp around them night and day.
Let no evil befall them, neither let any plague come nigh their dwelling. Protect them from danger seen and unseen and cancel the assignment of Satan against their lives.
Turn the way of the wicked upside down so they will not bring harm upon your children.
Bind the evil forces of darkness and keep them covered all the days that you planned for them to live. Supply all of their needs according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Let all grace abound toward them, that they always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.
Take away and bind the spirit of fear, and give them spirits of power, and of love, and a sound mind. When you lay them down, let them not be afraid, yea lie them down, and make their sleep sweet.
Be their shepherd, and let them not want, make them to lie down in green pastures. Lead them besides the still waters and restore their souls.
Order their steps in your word and let not any iniquity have dominion over them. Keep them back from presumptuous sins and let them not have dominion over them.
Help them to hide your word in their hearts that they may not sin against you.
Help them to behave themselves wisely in a perfect way and help them to walk within their houses with perfect hearts. Set watches before their mouths O Lord and keep the door of their lips.
Bless the children of the world indeed, enlarge their coast, let your hand be with them, and keep them from evil that it may not grieve them. These blessings and requests I ask in your Son Jesus’ name, thank God, Amen.
